4: Ultrasonic polishing

Put the part in the abrasive suspension, and grind and polish the abrasive surface by ultrasonic vibration together with the ultrasonic field. Ultrasonic machining has the characteristics of small macroscopic force and no deformation, but it is difficult to manufacture and install the mold.
