Powder preparation is the beginning of powder metallurgy. The powder preparation methods of powder metallurgy can be roughly divided into two categories: mechanical method and physical chemical method.

Mechanical method is a process of mechanical pulverization of raw materials without changing chemical composition. Physicochemical method is a process to obtain powder by changing the chemical composition or aggregation state of raw materials through chemical or physical action. In terms of industrial scale, reduction, atomization and electrolysis are widely used. Some methods such as vapor deposition and liquid deposition are also important in special applications.


Powder metallurgy is similar to ceramic production and belongs to powder sintering technology. The feeding system is driven by servo motor+linear module to ensure the accurate positioning of the ceramic push plate. After pushing the ceramic plate, the manipulator grabs the gear hub and places it on the ceramic plate.


Servo belt line can ensure the accuracy of each walking distance; Ceramic plate separation mechanism: ensure that there is only one ceramic plate at a time. In order to achieve the ideal effect of powder metallurgy, the pushing mechanism must complete the pushing and withdrawing within 5 seconds (the speed of the pushing cylinder cannot be too fast, which will produce large inertia, leading to inaccurate pushing position


The manipulator must take and place the materials within 5 seconds (the travel of the manipulator is too long and takes too long. The method is to shorten the position of taking and placing materials. The transportation speed of ceramic plates needs to reach 3.5 seconds/unit. In order to improve the production speed, first push the ceramic plates to the feeding position, and then place the products on the ceramic plates. The travel distance of each servo line is shortened to improve the overall production speed, so as to reach 12 pc/min.
