Product Introduction

The lifting ring screws must be installed vertically on the workpiece plane, and the joint surface must be flat and tight. It must be adjusted to the stretching direction, and the screw should avoid contact with sharp objects.

The test load passed by the lifting ring screwdriver is 2.5 times the working load, and 20000 fatigue tests were conducted at 1.5 times the working load. The lifting ring screws should meet or even exceed the requirements of ASME B30.26 standard. The lifting ring screws are produced from alloy steel with high reference to the German RUD WBG type. This product is exported to Europe and America in large quantities and has passed the local G80 standard inspection. Better material, higher tensile force than existing domestic lifting ring screws, providing tensile test reports. The lifting ring screws must be operated by professional personnel, and please refer to the instructions for use. When connecting to the lifting tool, the connection part between the lifting tool and the lifting ring should be kept rotating freely, and regular safety inspections should be carried out by professional personnel. The maximum working load can reach 30T and English threads can be customized.
