Mark
The thread specification is 20mm, the material is 20 steel, after normalizing treatment, the mark of A-type eye nut without surface treatment; nut M20 JB/T 7382-1994.
Technical conditions
The lifting ring screw should be made of 20 or 25 steel (GB699). The lifting ring screw must be forged as a whole. The forging should be normalized and the scale should be removed. There must be overburning and crack defects.
Surface Treatment
There is generally no surface treatment for eyebolts, but according to requirements, surface treatment such as galvanized passivation and chrome plating can be carried out, and it is in accordance with the provisions of GB5267-85.
Immediately after electro-galvanizing, oxygen-dispelling treatment should be carried out. The test methods for the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materials are in accordance with the provisions of GB699. During a routine inspection, the grain size test may not be advanced, and the grain size test method shall be in accordance with the provisions of YB27. Thread inspection is carried out with a thread gauge and smooth limit gauge or universal energy tool.
Precautions for use
In order to prevent accidents, the use load must not exceed the use load specified in the "Use Load" in the figure below.

2. When the deformation of the ring is visible to the naked eye, it should be scrapped.
3. When lifting, accompanied by acceleration increase or impact, you must choose a load smaller than the load in the above table.
4. Measures such as countersinking should be added when lifting at 45° so that the bearing surface of the bolt or nut is closely attached to the mating parts. Second, add appropriate washers so that the orientation of the two rings is in the same plane. The error (deflection) of this combination shall be within 5 degrees from the plane containing the axis.
5. For the purpose of increasing mechanical properties, when special steel and other materials are used and heat-treated, the ductility becomes smaller, and it is easy to break before overload and ring deformation, which is dangerous.
