Product Feature

1. Cu-l10Fe-5Sn-5Pb-8C

-3SiO2-3MoSi alloy

It has good physical and mechanical properties, good cutting and wear resistance, sufficient friction coefficient and friction coefficient stability, simple process and low price, mainly used for brake materials.


2. Cu-50W alloy

It is formed by mixing powder sintering method or re-pressing method. The alloy has: high strength and hardness, good electrical and thermal conductivity, wear resistance, fusion resistance, and arc burn resistance. , EDM electrode.


3. Cu-50Cr alloy

Solid-phase sintering is used to make the billet reach a certain density (relative density > 80%) and strength, and then deformed by hot working to achieve complete densification. Hot extrusion, hot pressing or hot forging can be used, and the processing temperature is generally lower than the melting point of copper. 100℃, after processing, the material is vacuum annealed at 500~600℃ to relieve stress and degas. The alloy has good electrical and thermal conductivity, anti-melting, anti-arc burnout, and is used for vacuum switch appliances.


4. Cu-AI2O3 alloy

Oxide dispersion strengthening (ODS) was used. The alloy has high strength, electrical and thermal conductivity, especially high softening resistance and recrystallization temperature. Suitable for electrodes, X-ray tubes, microwave tubes, hybrid circuit packages, commutators, switch components, etc. of resistance welding machines.


Post Casting Process

1. Heat treatment: annealing, carbonization, tempering, quenching, normalizing, surface tempering

2. Processing equipment: CNC, WEDM, lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, grinder, etc.;

Moulds and Inspection Fixtures
