The basic process is:

1. Select metal powder and binder that meet the forming requirements.

2. Mix the powder and binder into uniform injection molding feed at a certain temperature, granulate and inject on the injection molding machine.

3. The obtained molded blank is degreased and sintered to become the final product.

Tungsten copper alloys with a density of 99% and a copper content of 10%, 15%, and 20% are prepared by metal injection molding technology. Direct injection molding using mixed tungsten copper powder, and the required relatively complete dense tungsten copper alloy is obtained after degreasing. However, due to the complexity and high cost of the process, a large amount of binders are introduced into the process. If these binders are not completely degreased in the subsequent sintering process, the various properties of the material will be greatly affected.
