Metal injection molding technology of tungsten copper alloy: Because tungsten copper alloy is relatively difficult to machine after sintering, and has high strength and hardness, it is relatively difficult to machine after sintering, so powder metallurgy can only be used to produce parts. 3. The obtained molded blank is degreased and sintered to become the final product.

Tungsten copper alloys with a density of 99% and a copper content of 10%, 15%, and 20% are prepared by metal injection molding technology. Direct injection molding using mixed tungsten copper powder, and the required relatively complete dense tungsten copper alloy is obtained after degreasing. However, due to the complexity and high cost of the process, a large amount of binders are introduced into the process. If these binders are not completely degreased in the subsequent sintering process, the various properties of the material will be greatly affected.
