The round watch case, made of titanium alloy lost-wax casting, is a core structural component of high-end watches. It utilizes TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) medical-grade titanium alloy, boasting a lightweight characteristic with a density of 4.5g/cm³ (40% lighter than stainless steel) and a tensile strength exceeding 900MPa.

The round watch case, made of titanium alloy lost-wax casting, is a core structural component of high-end watches. It utilizes TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) medical-grade titanium alloy, boasting a lightweight characteristic with a density of 4.5g/cm³ (40% lighter than stainless steel) and a tensile strength exceeding 900MPa. After sandblasting and PVD coating, its hardness is increased to HV400, and its resistance to sweat corrosion is superior to 316L stainless steel. Employing a precision lost-wax casting process, it can integrally form complex structures such as the curved side surfaces of the case, lug connection holes, and crown mounting positions. Dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.05mm, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, achieving a seamless design on both the inner and outer contours of the case, with a material utilization rate exceeding 95%. In terms of technical specifications, the standard diameter is 38-45mm, thickness is 8-12mm, lug spacing is 20-22mm, it is compatible with sapphire crystal mounting slots (tolerance H7), the waterproof threaded hole depth is 1.5mm (pitch 0.35mm), and the operating temperature is -40℃ to +70℃. Design features include a miniature bezel with cast scales, a curved case back, and a concealed internal spring bar design, which can integrate a date window slot and luminous marker filling cavity. This casting is primarily used in sports watches, diving watches, and high-end mechanical watches, such as the Rolex Deepsea series and the Omega Seamaster 300M watch, meeting the shock resistance requirements for daily wear and the water resistance performance for deep-sea diving (up to 300 meters). It is a key component in achieving lightweight and high durability in watches.
