• Steering structure
The steering mechanism of mining dump trucks is divided into two types, including integral and disconnected, and the choice of its scheme is related to the type of suspension adopted. There are a few different ways to turn to a trapezoidal layout, such as front-mounted, rear-mounted, and cross-mounted. In general, independent suspension uses a disconnected steering trapezoidal mechanism instead of an integral steering trapezoidal mechanism. Both options must have the right selection of the steering trapezoidal parameters to ensure that the wheels traveling on different circumferences are not sliding pure rolling at all when steering, so that all wheels can be turned to the center at the same instant.
• Lifting structure
The commonly used lifting mechanism uses hydraulic pressure to provide lifting power, which is divided into direct push lifting mechanism and connecting rod lifting mechanism. The direct push lifting mechanism uses a hydraulic cylinder to connect with the carriage and the body to directly lift the carriage and dump. Therefore, it has the advantages of compact structure, simple layout and high lifting efficiency. Generally, two-stage or three-stage telescopic cylinders are used to meet the lifting working stroke. The direct push lifting mechanism is divided into two types: front and rear according to the different positions of the cylinder layout.
The direct push front lifting mechanism arranges the cylinder at the front of the carriage. At this time, the cylinder has a longer lifting arm in the lifting process, and the off-highway mining dump truck makes the lifting force of the cylinder smaller. But in order to make the carriage reach a certain lifting angle, the working stroke of the oil cylinder is larger, so it is necessary to use a multi-stage telescopic oil cylinder, which is generally used for light road dump trucks. However, in order to obtain a larger lifting angle, a two-stage or three-stage double-acting cylinder is generally used. • Suspension structure
The wheels and frame are flexibly connected through the oil and gas suspension device to alleviate the body vibration caused by uneven road surface and increase driving smoothness. With the exception of the knuckle, wheels and rear axle, all the weight of the tipper is borne by the front and rear suspension units. The suspension cylinder is an important part of ensuring the smoothness and operational stability of the vehicle, and is the general name of all the force transmission connection devices between the body and the wheels, and its performance affects the safety of the whole vehicle. A suspension cylinder is a precision component that has undergone a special process and is usually rarely damaged. However, due to the long-term work of the suspension cylinder in harsh environments and complex working conditions, cracks will occur when the cylinder block is deformed by force.
• Compartment structure
The bottom surface of the V-shaped trunk is a single-slope structure, with good bearing performance, stable dumping process and easy control. The trunk is made of high-strength low-alloy steel plate, which has good wear resistance and impact resistance. Adopt integrated full-length longitudinal beam, improve the strength of trunk support beam, especially the support part of trunk pivot; in order to make the trunk fall on the frame stably and accurately, adopt wedge-shaped shock absorbing device when the front end of the trunk is in contact with the platform, which is good for neutrality, avoids the impact of the vehicle swinging left and right on the frame in the running process, and the weight of the trunk is carried together with the longitudinal beam shock absorbing pad at the bottom of the trunk. The rear of the compartment is exhausted, and the material is heated as a whole to prevent icing and unclean materials.
• Cab
