Application field: The electronic and electrical industry is used for the protection of transformer coil winding die-cutting. The insulating tape used in the electronic and electrical industry has two types of substrates: glass cloth substrate and aramid cloth substrate. Glass fiber cloth substrate is a commonly used insulation. One of the belt substrates, it has good heat resistance and dimensional stability, but the disadvantage is that it is easy to deform and is not cold-resistant. Therefore, glass fiber cloth is usually used as a substrate for non-asbestos tapes. Aramid cloth is a new type of high-performance flame-retardant non-woven material, which not only maintains the excellent characteristics of glass fiber belts but also makes up for their shortcomings. Its main feature is that the thermal shrinkage rate is very low (only 0.2%), and it has high mechanical strength and low friction coefficient. Therefore, it is widely used to make interlayer spacers of composite materials.
