Production Process
Melamine (melamine, Melamine, referred to as MF, chemical formula: C3H6N6) plastic tableware is a high molecular polymer, and its monomers are formaldehyde and melamine. 37% aqueous formaldehyde solution was used in the reaction, and the molar ratio of formaldehyde and melamine was 2~3. The research shows that: as the amount of formaldehyde increases, the amount of formaldehyde combined also increases, and the reaction is easy to carry out; changing the amount of formaldehyde, melamine resins obtained from different methylol melamines can be obtained; when the pH of the reaction system is 8.5, the side reaction The reaction is easy to control; the temperature is high, the reaction speed is fast, and the formaldehyde binding amount is not affected much in the range of 54~80℃. The first step of the reaction is to generate different numbers of N-methylol substituents, which are then further condensed into linear resins. Generally speaking, the molecular weight of the product is different depending on the reaction conditions, ranging from water-soluble to insoluble in water, and even insoluble and infusible solids can be formed. Melamine resin does not cure at room temperature, and generally needs to be thermally cured at 130~150℃. Studies have shown that adding a small amount of acid as a catalyst during curing can improve the curing rate. The cured melamine formaldehyde resin is colorless and transparent, stable in boiling water, and can even be used at a high temperature of 150 °C, with self-extinguishing, arc resistance and good mechanical properties.
(1) Preheating procedure: Use the raw material box to weigh the tableware according to the gram weight to be produced, and put it into the high-frequency wave to evenly preheat, so that the powdered raw material blocks.
(2) Plain noodle program: Pour the preheated agglomerated raw materials into the mold, start the mechanical plain noodle program, and cure and form through high temperature and high pressure.
(3) Applique procedure: Cut the decal paper that has been brushed with glossy powder according to the shape of the flower, and paste it on the plain-shaped tableware as required. Start the mechanical printing program.
(4) Gold adding procedure: After MF material injection molding parts are applied with flowers, evenly sprinkle gloss powder on the surface of the product. The gloss powder should not be sprinkled too little, otherwise it will affect the color of the product. Of course, it should not be sprinkled too much. (6) Inspection and packaging procedures: After the product has passed the grinding and polishing operations, it enters the inspection link.
