(1) Aviation (aircraft) Forgings: the forgings on the aircraft account for about 70% of the weight of the aircraft data, such as landing gear, frame, ribs, engine parts, moving rings and stationary rings. There are thousands of forgings used on an aircraft. Except for a few high-temperature components using high-temperature alloy and titanium alloy forgings, most of them have been aluminized. For example, Boeing of the United States produces thousands of aircraft per year and consumes tens of thousands of tons of aluminum alloy forgings. China's fighter planes and other military aircraft and civil aircraft are also developing rapidly, especially the start of large aircraft projects and the implementation of large key projects such as aircraft carriers. The demand and consumption of aluminum forgings will also increase year by year.
(2) Aerospace Forgings: the forgings on the spacecraft are mainly forged rings, rims, spars and frames. Most of them are aluminum forgings, and only a few titanium forgings are required. The development of spaceships, rockets, missiles, satellites, etc. has an increasing demand for aluminum forgings. For example, in recent years, China has developed Al Li alloy shell forgings for ultra long-range missiles, each of which weighs more than 300 kg and is worth hundreds of thousands of yuan. Φ 1.5~ Φ The amount of 6mm aluminum alloy forged rings is also increasing.
(3) Weapons industry: the number of aluminum alloy forgings used as bearing parts in conventional weapons such as tanks, armored vehicles, personnel carriers, combat vehicles, rockets, gun racks, warships, etc. has greatly increased, which has fundamentally replaced steel forgings. In particular, forging important forgings such as aluminum alloy tank load wheels has become an important material for lightweight and modernization of weapons.
(4) Automobile is the most promising industry for the use of aluminum alloy forgings and the largest user of aluminum forgings. Jiahang aluminum alloy forging means that it is mainly used as wheel hubs (especially heavy-duty vehicles and large and medium-sized buses), bumpers, base girders and other small aluminum forgings. Among them, aluminum wheel hubs are the most widely used aluminum forgings and are mainly used on buses, trucks and heavy vehicles. In recent years, it has also begun to be used in small and medium-sized cars, motorcycles and luxury cars. According to statistics, the annual growth rate of the use of aluminum wheels in the world over the past few years has reached more than 20%, and the current use amount has reached billions.
(5) In the energy and power industry, aluminum forgings will gradually replace some steel forgings to manufacture frames, retaining rings, moving rings and stationary rings, coal transport wheels, liquefied natural gas flanges, nuclear power station fuel racks, etc., which are generally large and medium-sized forgings.
(6) Aluminum forgings are used in ships and warships as frames, moving and stationary rings, turret frames, etc.
(7) In the machinery manufacturing industry, at present, it is mainly used to manufacture frames, sliders, connecting rods and stranded discs in woodworking machinery and textile machinery. Only the aluminum forgings of stranded discs for textile machinery are needed in China, with a weight of more than 1500 tons.
(8) Die industry uses aluminum alloy forgings to make rubber dies, shoe dies and other light industry dies.
(9) In the transportation machinery and locomotive industry, aluminum alloy forging is widely used as cylinder and piston skirt. There are tens of thousands of forgings such as 4032 alloy cylinder and piston skirt consumed in China every year.
