This process technology is in line with national conditions, and has great adaptability and advantages in precision casting of more than 1kg, especially medium and large castings of more than 5kg. Compared with the composite shell, the production quality is stable, especially the casting has high dimensional accuracy, because it has no water glass, the shell has good high temperature performance, and the shell has high air permeability and strong creep resistance after firing at 1000-1200 °C It can not only be used for thin-walled parts, small and medium-sized castings with complex structure, but also can produce extra-large castings weighing 50-100kg, such as water pumps, impellers, guide casings, pump bodies, ball valve bodies, valve plates, etc. Compared with thin-walled small and medium-sized castings or large castings, fork shells or lifting shells can be used for direct casting before the furnace, and high yield can be obtained.
4. Silica sol (medium temperature wax) shell
It is a commonly used precision casting processing technology in the world. It has high casting production quality and low repair rate.
