Watch Case Metal Powder Injection Molding
Features: Due to the addition of Mo, its corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength are particularly good, and can be used under harsh conditions; excellent work hardening (non-magnetic); excellent high temperature strength; non-magnetic in solid solution state; cold The appearance of rolled products has good gloss and is beautiful; compared with 304 stainless steel, the price is higher.

Classification of watch case materials
(1) Steel: steel, compound of chromium and nickel, fine steel, compound of chromium and nickel, stainless steel is difficult to process, corrosion resistance and wear resistance are better than the former, the surface can be electroplated or not, only for Polishing or sandblasting, brushing treatment, forming a three-dimensional appearance effect with different effects. Scratches are repairable.
(2) Gold plating: rose gold, black, copper-plated steel color, it will start to change color after 3-5 years, and scratches cannot be repaired.
(3) Karat gold: Karat gold refers to an alloy mixed with gold and other metals. Because it is karat gold in English, it is called k gold for short. For the precious metal part, pure gold is 24k, but pure gold is too soft to make watches, and other metals must be mixed to strengthen the hardness. Generally, silver, copper and palladium are the main materials, but no matter what kind of metal is mixed, the proportion of pure gold accounts for 75%. . With the ratio of gold, silver and copper, five materials with different colors can be produced, and the copper content is represented by n. For example, the red gold with the highest copper content is represented by 5n, and the correct term for platinum is white. K gold. Scratches are repairable.
(4) Titanium metal: Due to the upsurge of all-steel watches, titanium metal is gradually emerging. Its material is called "aero-age" metal. What is titanium metal? Titanium metal is found in the crust of the earth, and its appearance can be bright and shiny metal, or silver gray, dark gray powder. Titanium is a light, hard, heat-resistant and cold-resistant metal with an oxide film on the surface to prevent wear and rust. Scratches are repairable.
(5) Gold-coated: the case is made of stainless steel, covered with a layer of gold alloy, which is mechanically rolled into a whole. The thickness is measured in microns, and 1 micron is equal to 1/1000 mm. Up to 10 to 15 microns thick, generally only 2 to 3 microns. Minor scratches can be repaired.
(6) Copper: In watches, copper is the best thing. It is cheap and easy to process. It is mainly used in movements. At present, most movements use brass alloy splints. Usually the colors of the movement we see are yellow and white. The yellow movement is usually plated with titanium oxide, and the white movement is zinc-nickel alloy.
(7) Tungsten-titanium alloy: first press tungsten carbide and titanium carbide powder into the blank with a pressure of 1000 Pa, then die-cast the mold, and then sinter it into a high-density component at a high temperature of 1450 degrees Celsius in a special furnace , and finally through multiple processes and polished with diamond powder, it is made into a shining tungsten-titanium alloy with good wear resistance.
(8) Tungsten steel: high hardness, wear resistance, clear appearance, clean and bright, called "wear-resistant material". It can be used in combination with steel to make watch case rings or straps and grains to increase the wear resistance and decoration of the surface of the case and belt. High strength and anti-scratch, heavy and fragile.
(9) Precision ceramics: precision ceramics are smooth, wear-resistant, and do not hurt the skin. The main component is zirconia, which can obtain good processing performance under certain temperature conditions, and then through advanced processing methods, it can be made into exquisite Watch case metal powder injection Molding and straps can also be made in various colors through special methods, making it more gorgeous and noble. Medium-strength anti-scratch, the disadvantage is that it is fragile.
(10) Composite glue: scratches are difficult to repair, and the general lifespan is 8 years.
