Correctly adjust the position of the industrial sewing machine hook
1. On the premise that the needle is installed correctly, the needle moves from top to bottom and the hook rotates. When the needle is lowered to the lowest position, the tip of the hook should be within the range of 14° to 18°, and 10 to 12 mm from the center of the needle. That is, when the needle bar goes down to the lowest point, the distance between the shuttle tip and the needle is 3.5-4MM, and when the needle bar rises 2.2MM, the shuttle tip reaches the center of the needle, and the distance from the needle hole is 1.2-1.5MM.

How the hook works
The working principle of the rotary hook is usually after the needle rises a certain distance, the hook tip of the rotary hook bed starts to hook into the thread loop, and the hook tip hooks the thread loop and continues to rotate. The thread loop is hooked by the hook of the shuttle frame, at this time the needle should rise about 2 mm from the lower limit position.
The thread splitting hook on the rotary hook frame should allow time for the end of the thread loop to move to the back of the guide rail when the thread loop is about to approach. Hook the wire loop at 45° on the convex surface of the frame, continue to rotate, and the end of the wire loop is hooked on the line splitting hook.
In order to make the thread loop slide smoothly on the surface of the shuttle rack, the beveled edge of the tail of the thread guide pulls the thread end of the thread loop away from the surface, and the rear of the thread loop is hooked by the hook of the hook of the shuttle rack, and moves toward the shuttle. The bottom of the frame slides down, and at this moment, the needle is withdrawn in the hook mechanism.
Because the thread passing area of the shuttle frame is very smooth, the thread loop can slide out from the bottom of the shuttle frame smoothly, and when the tip of the shuttle rotates 180°, the thread take-up lever rises, and the remaining part of the thread sent down before the thread take-up lever is taken up. , the hook tip hooks the thread loop and continues to rotate, the first half of the thread loop is under the thread guide, after passing through the 45° slope of the convex surface of the outer frame.
