1. Ceramic plate pushing mechanism: servo motor+linear module is used to drive to ensure the accurate position of ceramic plate.
2. The ceramic plate completes the pushing position. After the ceramic plate is pushed, the manipulator grabs the gear hub and places it on the ceramic plate.

3. Servo belt line can ensure the accuracy of each travel distance.
4. Ceramic plate separation mechanism: ensure that only one ceramic plate comes at a time.
The production rhythm is 12 pcs/min, and the necessary conditions for achieving 12 pcs/min are:
1. The pushing mechanism must complete pushing and retracting within 5 seconds (the speed of the pushing cylinder cannot be too fast, because too fast will produce large inertia, which will lead to inaccurate pushing position.
2. The manipulator must take and place the materials within 5 seconds (if the travel of the manipulator is too long, it will take too long, and the method is to shorten the position of taking and placing the materials).
3. The conveying beat of ceramic plates needs to reach 3.5 seconds/piece (the distance between the servo conveyor line and the product should not be too long to save time and improve the production beat).
In order to improve the production rhythm, ceramic plates are used to push materials in place first, and then the products are placed on the ceramic plates. The distance of each servo line travel is shortened to improve the whole production rhythm, so as to reach 12 pcs/min.
