Copper Alloy Voice Changer MIM Parts
Metal Injection Molding (MIM), sometimes referred to as Powder Injection Molding (PIM), is a tight tolerance pre-metal forming technique using injection molding equipment for the manufacture of simple and complex metal parts. Although the Copper Alloy Voice Changer MIM can be utilized in a wide range of components, good applications typically have small overall dimensions and weigh less than 100 grams.

Advantages of metal injection molding:
Metal Injection Molding (MIM), sometimes referred to as Powder Injection Molding (PIM), is a tight tolerance pre-metal forming technique using injection molding equipment for the manufacture of simple and complex metal parts. Although the Copper Alloy Voice Changer MIM can be utilized in a wide range of components, good applications typically have small overall dimensions and weigh less than 100 grams. This process can be replaced by investing in metal forming techniques such as casting and machining.
Advantages of metal injection molding include:
High complex shape capability;
More efficient use of materials and processes;
Less material waste;
repeatability;
Excellent mechanical properties;
Lower overall product cost;
Tailor-made solutions using unique materials;
Metal injection molding materials can be brazed/joined to fully assembled solutions of various components;
Qinhuangdao Zhongwei Precision Machine Parts Co., Ltd. is a global company that provides metal powder injection molding. A wide variety of industries rely on us to produce a wide range of alloys in many different shapes and complexities.
Metal Injection Molding Properties
MIM is a repeatable process for making complex components from superalloys.
MIM components are close to fully dense, which provides excellent mechanical, magnetic, corrosion and hermetic sealing properties, and allows secondary operations like plating, heat treatment, and machining to be easily performed.
Shrinkage from molded parts to sintered parts is high (14-18%) but isotropic and controllable.
Complex shapes are achieved through processing techniques used in the plastic injection molding industry. High volumes are achieved through multi-cavity moulds.
Metal injection molding (MIM) materials and works include all standard alloys, as well as application-specific alloy requirements. As part of our Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process, we provide low-cost prototypes, an experienced process and metallurgy team, and tooling as needed from other MIM producers. We are ISO 9001:2008 registered and support JIT and Kanban initiatives.
Metal Injection Molding (MIM) Applications
Metal injection molding electronic parts, metal powder compression molding hydraulic equipment parts and other metal injection molding parts.
