The heat treatment of Z6CN18.09 powder metallurgy pressed parts includes annealing, solution treatment, and quenching. During annealing, the alloy is heated to 800-900°C and then cooled slowly to eliminate internal stress and improve machinability. Solution treatment is heating the alloy to 1000-1100°C, followed by rapid cooling to improve corrosion resistance and strength. Quenching is to heat the alloy to 950-1050°C and then cool it rapidly to increase its hardness and strength.
