Processing Technology
1. Die casting method for magnesium alloy processing
Die-casting magnesium alloy has good fluidity, and solidification speed is fast after filling, and there will be no defects such as hot cracking and under-casting. Die-casting is divided into hot-chamber die-casting and cold-chamber die-casting. The hot-chamber die-casting method is commonly used in the production of bicycle frames. However, the replacement of bicycles is relatively fast, and the casting cost of die-casting parts is relatively high.
2. Welding method for magnesium alloy processing
Welding is an economical method of bending a wrought magnesium alloy into a frame. Compared with the die-casting method of bicycle frames, the welding method has high efficiency, stable processing control and lower cost.

3. Surface treatment: powder spraying, chrome plating, painting, sandblasting, nickel plating, galvanizing, blackening, polishing, bluing, etc.

Moulds and Inspection Fixtures
