1. During processing, the steel casting manufacturer needs to find the middle part of the steel casting to ensure that the different faces of the steel casting have the appropriate processing volume.

2. The processing methods of steel castings are generally divided into two types, one is rough processing and the other is finishing processing. The manufacturer of steel castings can choose according to the requirements of the user. During rough processing, the manufacturer should pay attention to leaving a certain margin on one side.

3. If the bottom of the steel casting needs to be processed, it should be processed as little as possible, as long as the light can be seen. If there is no defect at the bottom, it can be directly processed in one time. If there is a few millimeters of allowance, it needs to be repaired and finished.

4. The outer circle, height and dimension of finishing machining need to be controlled according to the quantity deviation. If the casting has defects, it can be finished after welding.

5. If appearance defects occur in the production process, it is necessary to repair the appearance of steel castings. Generally, arc welding or other tools can be used for grinding, which can not only effectively reduce the loss of process flow, but also keep the casting clean and smooth.
