1.On the premise that the needle is installed correctly, the needle moves from top to bottom and the hook rotates. When the needle is lowered to the position, the tip of the hook should be within the range of 14° to 18° and 10 to 12 mm from the center of the needle. That is, when the needle bar goes down, the distance between the shuttle tip and the needle is 3.5-4MM, and when the needle bar rises 2.2MM, the shuttle tip reaches the center of the needle, and the distance from the needle hole is 1.2-1.5MM.



2. When the machine needs thinner sewing material for the quilting machine, the distance between the tip of the hook and the center of the needle should be adjusted to 8-12 mm. When the shuttle is turned clockwise by an angle, the positioning distance increases; on the contrary, it decreases.

3. The level of coordination between the needle and the rotary hook is determined according to the position of the needle bar of the lockstitch machine, which is determined by the actual needs of the machine itself to hook the thread. Due to the different stitch combinations, the adjustment of the position of the needle bar is based on the needle hole and the needle tip.


Five steps to properly install the hook

1. After aligning the hook, put it into the machine head and install the positioning rod.

2. Turn the handball of the upper machine head by hand to make the hook rotate freely.

(If the tip of the horn of the hook cannot be aligned with the center of the groove on the needle, adjust the height of the needle bar until the tip of the horn is aligned with the center of the groove.)

3. Rotate the hook so that the tip of the horn faces the middle of the groove of the needle, and push the hook back and forth so that the tip of the horn must be close to the middle of the groove of the needle. After it is close, tighten the 3 larger fixing screws on the inside of the hook .

4. Thread the thread of the upper machine head, pay attention to the threading direction on the needle must be from the convex surface to the concave surface.
