MIM Process

Metal powder injection molding (MIM) process is a new manufacturing process technology that combines traditional powder metallurgy process, powder ceramic process and plastic injection molding process. This process technology is suitable for mass production of small, precise, complex three-dimensional shapes and metal and ceramic parts with special performance requirements. The basic process of the process is: uniformly mix fine metal or ceramic powder with organic binder to form a rheological substance, use an advanced injection machine to inject into the mold cavity with the shape of the part, form a blank, and then remove the bond It is sintered and sintered to make it highly densified into a product, and it can also be post-treated if necessary.


●MIM process features
