The following mainly introduces several mainstream filter materials.
1. Folding filter element
The polypropylene composite filter membrane is used as the main filter material. This type of filter element is an advanced fixed depth filter element with a nominal filter accuracy ranging from 0.1μm to 60μm.
2. Stainless steel filter element
The main filter material adopts multi-layer stainless steel sintered mesh, which can exert uniform surface filtration performance for the filtration particle size of 2-200um. The stainless steel filter element is very strong, but its filtration accuracy and filtration efficiency are average, and it is often used in the filter element of the pre-filter.
3. Activated carbon filter element
The activated carbon filter element is made of activated carbon particles added with a binder and heated and sintered. It has dual functions of filtration and purification. The filter element has a nominal filter accuracy of 10 microns. The pressure-bearing capacity of the activated carbon filter element is not good enough, and it can only be used for low-pressure air filtration, but it has the advantages of decolorization and deodorization.

Process After Sintering
1. Heat treatment: annealing, carbonization, tempering, quenching, normalizing, surface tempering

3. Surface treatment: anodizing, powder spraying, chrome plating, painting, sandblasting, nickel plating, galvanizing, blackening, polishing, bluing, etc.
