We only produce high-quality precision castings. The object to be cast is first replicated in wax, then immersed in a pool containing ceramics and left to dry, so that the wax replica is covered with a layer of ceramic outer film, and the steps are repeated until the outer film is sufficient to support the casting process (about 1/ 4 inch to 1/8 inch), then melt the wax in the mold and pull it away from the mold. After that, the casting mold needs to be heated several times to increase the hardness before it can be used for casting.

The castings have clear edges and corners, precise dimensions (critical size can reach ct5-ct6 level), and surface smoothness (casting surface roughness Ra 6). Machining production and inspection strength
We have produced more than 700 different types of customized workpieces. The main customer is Siemens High Voltage Energy (Global). The products are basically exported to Europe, America, and Japan with high-quality requirements.


Quotation, order receiving, production control
After receiving customer inquiry drawings, each drawing will carefully analyze the processing size and technical requirements, consult relevant standards, and quote the best price. Before receiving the order, the relevant production process will be reviewed and entered into the ERP system. From raw material procurement to blank delivery, each process is controllable. If necessary, process control plans such as PPAP can be done. Intermediate processing production is produced according to the production process card and the circulation order, and the first inspection of the first piece in production, morning inspection, and random inspection during production (operator self-inspection) are followed. Final inspection before delivery to ensure product quality. When delivering the goods, we customize the packaging consumables according to the customer's packing and delivery requirements to ensure the safety of logistics and transportation.
