Products Description

The 650 rope pulley is a standardized transmission component, typically characterized by its diameter of approximately 650 millimeters. It is widely used in lifting machinery, mining equipment, construction engineering, and port handling, as well as other applications requiring rope guidance and force transmission. This pulley is made of high-strength cast iron or cast steel, offering high structural strength and wear resistance, capable of withstanding significant rope tension and frequent load impacts. The groove design strictly adheres to the principle of matching the rope diameter; the groove shape is typically U-shaped or V-shaped. The groove surface is precisely machined and hardened, effectively reducing friction and wear during rope operation and extending the rope's service life. The pulley has retaining flanges on both sides, with a height no less than 1/3 of the rope diameter, reliably preventing the rope from derailing and ensuring safe equipment operation. For installation, the pulley connects to the shaft system through a central shaft hole. The hole can be fitted with a keyway or a shrink-fit bushing as needed to ensure stable power transmission. In practical applications, the 650 rope pulley is often used in conjunction with winches and pulley blocks to change the direction of force and achieve labor-saving effects, improving the efficiency of lifting or towing heavy objects. Furthermore, some models of the pulley integrate lubrication grease channels for convenient regular maintenance, reducing operating noise and component wear. Its design complies with relevant industry standards, such as GB/T 3811-2008 "Crane Design Specifications," ensuring reliability and safety under various working conditions.
