1. Engine
It is the power source of internal combustion forklifts. It converts the thermal energy generated by the fuel into mechanical energy and outputs power through the engine's flywheel.
2. Chassis
The chassis is used to support the body, receive the power output from the engine, and ensure that the forklift can drive normally. It includes transmission device, driving device, steering device and braking device, etc.
3. Car body
The body and frame of the forklift are integrated and welded by section steel. The cast iron block placed at the rear of the forklift and suitable for the vehicle model is a counterweight. Its weight is determined according to the rated lifting capacity of the forklift and plays a balancing role when the forklift is loaded. to maintain the stability of the forklift.
4. Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism mainly consists of a mast and a cargo fork. The mast is hinged to the front axle support body and consists of a set of parallel steel frames and sliding brackets that fix the forks. The fork is two steel forks bent at 90°, mounted on a sliding bracket, and is a tool for carrying materials. The specifications of the fork are designed according to the maximum load of the forklift. The fork can be tilted forward and backward by a hydraulic cylinder.
5. The hydraulic system mainly includes
(1) Lifting hydraulic cylinder, the top of its plunger is fastened to the lifting mast to control the lifting or lowering of the fork.
(2) Tilt hydraulic cylinder, the top of its plunger is hinged with the mast to control the forward or backward tilt of the mast.
(3) Hydraulic pump, which can be a vane pump or a gear pump. The hydraulic pump outputs high-pressure oil (6.37~15.7MPa) to drive the lifting hydraulic cylinder and tilt hydraulic cylinder.
(4) Hydraulic distribution valve, consisting of a valve body, a lifting hydraulic cylinder valve core, a tilt hydraulic cylinder valve core and a safety valve. Its function is to control the spool action of the lifting or tilting hydraulic cylinder through the control handle according to the working needs of the fork lifting and tilting, and input high-pressure oil into the lifting or tilting hydraulic cylinder. The function of the safety valve is to allow the oil to flow back from the oil return pipe to the tank when the oil pressure in the system exceeds a certain value.
(5) The throttle valve is installed in the pipeline of the lifting hydraulic cylinder. Its function is to increase the flow resistance of the oil. When the lifting hydraulic cylinder releases pressure, it ensures that the fork descends slowly.
6. Electrical equipment
Electrical equipment consists of power supply, engine starting system and ignition system, as well as forklift lighting, signals and other electrical equipment.
 

Investment Casting Process

1) Degreasing and degreasing the module

3) Shell drying and hardening
After each layer of shell is coated, it must be dried and hardened so that the binder in the coating changes from sol to jelly or gel to connect the refractory materials together.
4) Melting and loss of investment mold in self-molding shell
After the mold shell is completely hardened, the mold set needs to be melted away from the mold shell. Because the mold set is often made of wax-based mold materials, this process is also called dewaxing. There are many dewaxing methods depending on the heating method. The hot water method and the same-pressure steam method are more commonly used.
5) Baked shell
If molding (sand-filling) casting is required, before baking, the demoulded shell should be buried in the sand in the box, and then installed in the furnace for baking. If the mold shell is strong at high temperatures and does not require molding, the demolded mold shell can be directly sent to the furnace for roasting. During roasting, gradually increase the furnace temperature, heat the mold shell to 800-1000°C, keep it warm for a period of time, and then pour it.
