13crmo42 Casting Production and Cutting Process Flow
Production process: wax pressing → tree assembly → shell making → dewaxing → pouring, cutting → cleaning → (shot blasting) → surface inspection → batching → flaw detection → heat treatment → cutting and sampling → performance inspection → warehousing.
Cutting process:
After the 13CrMo42 steel plate is delivered from the factory and all performance indicators meet the requirements, it is carried out according to the cutting process. It can be cut and processed and the drawings are blanked. Generally, when the thickness of the steel plate is not greater than 20mm, CNC plasma cutting or CNC laser cutting is preferred. If the thickness of the steel plate is greater than 30mm, usually CNC flame cutting is chosen, which can control cutting accuracy and time.
