Since the smoke oil infiltration and air exchange of the oil storage chamber are both carried out through the porous body, interference between smoke oil transmission and air transmission will occur, so that small bubbles are generated in the porous body, especially near the atomization surface where the heating element is installed. The accumulated small bubbles are easy to produce whirring sounds when inhaling, which is a bad experience. The small bubbles around the heating element also affect the oil supply and are easy to produce problems such as burnt smell.
In order to eliminate this shortcoming, many patent technologies have proposed to open another air exchange channel on the oil storage chamber to balance the negative pressure generated by the oil storage chamber when the oil infiltrates inside; so that the oil infiltration and air exchange of the oil storage chamber can be carried out separately without interfering with the atomization effect.
This technical means, such as the method of adding an air guide tube to the oil storage chamber adopted by Heyuan Technology in Patent No. 201420402108.9, is suitable for introducing external air into the oil storage chamber when negative pressure is formed inside the oil storage chamber. And the "electronic cigarette balanced air pressure atomizer" technology adopted by Heyuan Technology in Patent No. 201720716614.9, opens a through hole connected to the outside world in the atomizer upper cover component that forms the oil storage chamber, replenishes air into the oil storage chamber to eliminate negative pressure; and uses an elastic sheet as a switch to control the opening/closing of the through hole to prevent the oil from leaking from the through hole of the upper cover. For example, Xinyikang Electronics proposed a "pressed sheet aerosol generating device" in Patent No. 201820150472.9. The technology uses "an oil storage tank with an air hole, which is connected to the outside world" to balance the air pressure after the oil infiltration in the oil storage chamber, so that the oil supply and atomization can proceed smoothly.
The air pressure balance embodied in the above technology is to introduce external air directly through the air hole/air pipe into the oil storage chamber above the oil liquid level, and quickly balance the internal pressure; however, in the implementation of these methods, the part above the oil liquid level of the oil storage chamber is maintained at normal pressure. Since the internal negative pressure of the oil storage chamber is eliminated, the oil can directly penetrate and flow out from the porous body, causing the porous body to leak oil.
