Features
Zhongwei precision series is a rotary cleaning nozzle, Tungsten steel nozzle PM sintered parts have a cleaning efficiency class of 5 and are used to remove stubborn stains on small and medium-sized equipment. Based on their properties, they can be widely used in food and beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
These gear-controlled high-impact tank washers are driven by cleaning fluid. Lechler's patented spur gears ensure not only proper speed but also sufficient torque. As a result, downtime is almost a thing of the past. With its precisely adjusted motion trajectory, the 360° impact force produced by Zhongwei will not leave any cleaning blind spots.
Thanks to the high-quality materials used, Zhongwei Precision can be used at temperatures up to 150°C and is therefore also suitable for steam.
