With the advancement of science and technology, the production of high-end cemented carbide materials has also developed rapidly, and the market demand for cemented carbide materials has continued to increase when the downstream industries have more technical requirements for products. The production technology of cemented carbide materials has also been improved, and the corresponding special cemented carbide materials are currently widely used in military industry, aerospace, machining, metallurgy, oil drilling, mining tools, electronic communications, construction and other fields. And in the fields of high-tech weapons and equipment manufacturing, the advancement of cutting-edge science and technology, and nuclear energy, carbide products with high-tech content and high-quality stability are also used.

The production process of cemented carbide materials is mainly the product of tungsten carbide and cobalt metal materials. Cemented carbide has the advantages of high hardness, strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Usually, the cobalt content used as a cemented carbide material is between 8-9%, and the tungsten carbide content is between 91-92%. During the whole process from research and development to production of cemented carbide materials, the physical properties of products with different proportions of metal materials are also different.

Carbide material is called industrial teeth, which is mainly due to its high flexural strength, toughness, and good thermal conductivity. Cemented carbide materials also have their shortcomings, which are poor heat resistance and wear resistance. Commonly used cemented carbide materials are mainly used for processing cast iron and non-ferrous metals.

The main uses of ordinary cemented carbide materials are as follows:

1. Carbide materials are used to manufacture cutting tools, cutting tools, cobalt tools and wear-resistant parts, as polishing tools.

2. Carbide material is especially suitable for stainless steel, frozen steel, hard chrome steel and steel rolls for aerospace industry, shipbuilding industry.

3. Particles of cemented carbide materials can be used in wear-resistant parts in the fields of agricultural and mining machinery.

4. The cemented carbide material can also be mixed with glue and spray-welded to the hull with a spray gun to play a role in corrosion resistance.
